  • For a Nepal tourist visa, the costs are approximately $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

  • A moderate level of fitness is recommended, as there are some walks and mild hikes involved. The yoga and meditation sessions are suitable for all levels.

  • Pack layers, including warm clothing for higher altitudes, comfortable walking shoes, and modest attire for temple visits.
